David and Judi Owens left their church in Vancouver, BC on Sept 6th, 2007 where they had been pastoring for almost 7 years to embark on their call to missions in Arusha Tanzania where they plan to live
for the next five years or more with their 2 children Zachary and Justine.  Justine who is nineteen will be pursuing her plan to work with children in Uganda.

Before this, David and Judi pastored the Sans Souci Vineyard church in Sydney NSW which they planted in 1991.

David had also worked as a flight attendant with Qantas before planting the church and he and Judi oversaw a group of christian airline personnel where they saw many people become christians.

Before their marriage in 1983 both David and Judi individually felt called to missions and although this was pursued in the airlines, in Sydney Australia and in Vancouver Canada they now feel that the time is right for them to pursue missions in the developing nation of Tanzania, Africa.
